Here security lays
Distinctively whispering
Places where no one knows our name
Shadows dotting the skies we hop
We build a little nest for our books to rest
Welcoming summer rain
Ferryboats chorusing ashore
Ahoy mates as you love to say
Your voice dizzy joys my ears
Mothering this very moment my darling you

Affecting Metaphors
Without effort the pretty ones suggest
Stanzas crossdressing the troubled souls
Psychiatrist prescribing notepads
Freeing my verses at last
Thematically my friends I am very old
Older than Moses gathering momentum
Encouraging the fanciful dialogues
Medicating typewriters cheerfully
Prolifically rescuing all of my obsessions
The sentimentality beneath these lines
Trusting the critical sensed tones
Evermore trespassing the loud voices
Unnecessary Heaven
Misty dews haunting almost like
Fingering my frontal bone to paleness
Writing the nature of angels
Their tired gender
Winged clothes unexplained
Their Judas prehistoric flaws
Unsure of it’s heart
It’s intense sensation
It’s kind of breathing
Extending our tongues
Persistently intimidating centuries
Shouting at the edge of where we are fed
But we won’t listen no we won’t
We wake up and start over again
Tell me Something
tell me somthing sir
tell me I am not dreaming
but fully awake
like poems sit fully undressed
waiting for sight
and sighs
thrust pulling hearts
